Saint Andrews was a wonderful community at one time. However, recent changes in management have led to some major questions with this property. The pool has been out of commision for nearly a month, property manager continually lies to cover her her shortcomings, and the overall sense of home that used to surround this complex, has now been tainted. A few items you may be concerned with upon moving into this property are the safety of your mail and vehicles. The mailboxes are located outside of the gates of the property, and have been broken into repeatedly. In addition the gates are nearly never fully closed and when problems do arise, the turnaround on the gates being fixed is usually 3-4 days. Not really what I would call a truly gated complex. Wish you could have caught it sooner because at one time it was probably the best property in North Arlington. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C

The St. Andrews Apartments are a member of the Texas Apartment Association. It has been our experience that often negative comments posted on this website are by residents who have been evicted for nonpayment of rent or other lease violations, or who have never actually lived on the property, or by competitors. Be cautious in assuming the truthfullness of postings by anonymous persons who refuse to disclose their identity. We recommend that visiting with current residents onsite is a more reliabele method of obtaining third-party opinions about our apartment community and its management.
