This is a really sorry situtation. Nice facility and great location BUT totally mis-managed. Building is falling apart. Staff confided in me that they have NO MONEY to upgrade or maintain the property at a minimum. Went into office yesterday and actually saw RAT TRAPS set up in the Office Area! UNBELIEVABLE! Entire month of May POOL was down. Staff tried to suggest the "weather" was the cause. Maintenance Guys confided their hands are tied. Company has NO MONEY to replace broken pumps BAD SITUATION. I forcast cars in lot on blocks in the next 6 months TRAILER TRASH. RAISING RENTS trying to rebound...TOO LATE

The St. Andrews Apartments are a member of the Texas Apartment Association. It has been our experience that often negative comments posted on this website are by residents who have been evicted for nonpayment of rent or other lease violations, or who have never actually lived on the property, or by competitors. Be cautious in assuming the truthfullness of postings by anonymous persons who refuse to disclose their identity. We recommend that visiting with current residents onsite is a more reliabele method of obtaining third-party opinions about our apartment community and its management.
