WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED

There are too many things to write it eloquently, so let me just list the issues.
-The pool was out of commission for a month, and even though it was fixed it still looks kind of gross
-The management blamed its shortcomings (i.e. the pool, they ALWAYS blame it on an outside party and they are very bad at lying)
-Our garage was broken for 4 months, where our stuff could have been stolen, water was leaking and ruining our things, and it took 30 minutes to close so was a hassle (so much for 48 hour maintenance, try several months). I went up to the office repeatedly to ask them to fix it. Once the new manager came (supposed to be the saving grace for this place) she guaranteed it would be fixed as soon as possible. After 3 weeks I had to remind them about it, because they forgot. When I complained about that, she said "well it is fixed NOW, isn't it'!" I was like, "yes, after I did your job for you and took hours upon hours out of my life to remiond you over and over and then you can't even keep track of a work order." She then said that there were people living here that paid higher rent (keep in mind that is only because they have more bedrooms and more square footage, her argument is therefore null and void, and is very discriminatory) and their needs were more important.
-There are many abandoned cars in the lot, or cars that are owned but have no tags/expired tags and have not moved in 8 months. Management has been repeatedly complained to, because these cars are taking up covered spots directly in front of the buildings in high demand spots and also in wheelchair access zones. Management has said it is up to their discretion (i.e. they are too lazy to pick up a phone and call the tow comany). When told that the parking rules are stated in our lease the manager stated that she can do what she wants. I asked "does this mean everything in our lease is null and void and up to your desiscretion'" She didn't know how to respond.
-The new manager (that was supposed to save this complex from this downhill slide) is very rude and mouthy. When told that "I pay this much to live here because it is supposed to be safe, nice, luxury living" she responded with "well you should have gone across the street then" (across the street is the dumpy complexes). I said "no you are not getting the point, I want to live in a luxury complex, ya'll claim to be that, and I pay for a LEVEL OF SERVICE THAT I AM NOT RECEIVING."
-The guy in the office asked me if I have any single friends. hmmm...PROFESSIONAL
I WILL NEVER LIVE HERE AGAIN. THIS IS THE MOST POORLY RUN APARTMENT I HAVE EVER HEARD OF. ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY AND YOUR SIGNED CONTRACT THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU

The St. Andrews Apartments are a member of the Texas Apartment Association. It has been our experience that often negative comments posted on this website are by residents who have been evicted for nonpayment of rent or other lease violations, or who have never actually lived on the property, or by competitors. Be cautious in assuming the truthfullness of postings by anonymous persons who refuse to disclose their identity. We recommend that visiting with current residents onsite is a more reliabele method of obtaining third-party opinions about our apartment community and its management. Actually, we DID live there, and were NOT evicted. Those were very real problems that all of the residents complained about. When we asked why the pool had been closed for a month during the summer, they told us it was the city's fault for not inspecting it. We responded that the other complexes in the area that cost a fraction of what we paid in rent per month had their pools inspected on time. The management told us "well, why don't you just go live there then?".
