Let us be clear; This place should be classified as a health hazzard. This compex is only ten years old, but shows like thirty. It is now the official choice location of convicts and local scum, managment included. The staff at the office when I lived there was present, but unaccounted for....mentally. There were issues with crime and sanitation that went beyond the norm. The place is what the local hooking community would call, work. Please, if you're a pimp and need a home, cash up front. If you're a renter and choose to live here, then get a pimp.

The St. Andrews Apartments are a member of the Texas Apartment Association. It has been our experience that often negative comments posted on this website are by residents who have been evicted for nonpayment of rent or other lease violations, or who have never actually lived on the property, or by competitors. Be cautious in assuming the truthfullness of postings by anonymous persons who refuse to disclose their identity. We recommend that visiting with current residents onsite is a more reliabele method of obtaining third-party opinions about our apartment community and its management.
