I have lived at St. Andrews for the last six months and could not be happier. I am a single women with a young child and I feel completly safe. I don't know where these so called "redneck gangs" are hanging out , but I have never seen them. As far as noise, I've never had a problem. This community does a lot to make their residents feel safe and comfortable. This property is very well kept. The painting process that is happening is making the property look even better then it did before. I would definitly refer friends and family to live here.
