I moved to St. Andrews in September 2005 and lived in apartment 116 until November 2006 when I moved to a different floor plan in the same complex. Now, the third review below mine was written by a former resident who states that THEY OCCUPIED THE SAME APARTMENT I WAS LIVING IN AT THE SAME TIME I WAS THERE!! I am looking at my lease so I know that I was in apartment 116 from 9/2005 to 11/2006. This resident says they had a rat infestation that was so bad they moved out in July 2006. I would appreciate it if the resident could back up the facts and fax a copy of a utility bill or lease agreement the office proving that she lived there during that time!!!

That review seems to be just as false as the other claims stating that we have a horrible manager, a horrible leasing staff, and horrible maintenance folks.

I had an issue with apartment 116 at the time our new manager started here (I believe it was her first day). I went to the office, introduced myself, stated my issue, and I want to report that IT WAS RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY. There was no hemming or hawing or acting like she didn't care or accusing me of causing it or any of the other negative accusations that have been directed her way. When I have had something to report, I have done so either by phone or in person and have never, ever failed to have it immediately resolved or to have received a response stating the reason for a delay (for instance, one time a delivery of parts had been held up by the vendor).

If that has not been your experience, I don't undertand why. However, if I were having a problem with the office staff, I would put it in writing, date it, and address it to the management. I would then wait for a reply in writing, and then, AND ONLY THEN, would I write a negative response regarding what I have found to be a beautiful, safe community with an extremely caring staff.

Please, please, please get your facts straight. And if you truly are dissatisfied, have addressed your issues with the staff and are still unhappy, please move. The majority of us have lived here for a long time (some since the community was built), feel that we are appreciated by the staff (as they are by us), and intend to stay.
