I've lived here for about a year now, I have not seen so much in the way of gangs and the people that live here are very nice. The maintenance on the other hand kind of sucks when they get here they are nice but they take their sweet time. My apartment has flooded twice since we moved in, not our fault. The maintenance would not come right away even though we were standing in water up to our ankles. There is water damage on the ceiling and walls, come to find out that the place had been flooded before and left unattended for two weeks. If you can get past that it is a nice place to live, rent is a little high but whose isnt now a days.
