these apartments are not what we thought. when we looked into these, we were told that parking would be safe. rules would be followed. and it would be a good place for our family. so far...that's not the case. we hear drunk people at the pool to all hours of the night (10pm rule not enforced), beer bottles everywhere, security gates are broken almost every other week and the office personnel are incompetent.
do yourself a favor...DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE!!! we're stuck here until our lease is up

The St. Andrews Apartments are a member of the Texas Apartment Association. It has been our experience that often negative comments posted on this website are by residents who have been evicted for nonpayment of rent or other lease violations, or who have never actually lived on the property, or by competitors. Be cautious in assuming the truthfullness of postings by anonymous persons who refuse to disclose their identity. We recommend that visiting with current residents onsite is a more reliabele method of obtaining third-party opinions about our apartment community and its management.
