I have lived at the complex for over 2 years almost 3 and things have certainly changed since the new management arrived. I can certainly understand the mixed reviews. When I first moved in management was great and I loved the apartment but the new manager has let the place go down hill. The complex is starting to look like a slum area with people hanging their laundry on the balconies and leaving trash outside their doors. I have actually had to complain to management because my neighbor left dirty diapers outside her door and the oder overwhelmed me when I was trying to open my apartment door. Residents are partying on the grounds at night and leaving a mess which is pickup in the morning by maintenance but it a mess when I leave for work.

I do not feel that I am getting what I paid for or expected. When I moved in I was told that the complex consisted of mostly professionals and it was a quiet community but thing have changed its not that way anymore.

The St. Andrews Apartments are a member of the Texas Apartment Association. It has been our experience that often negative comments posted on this website are by residents who have been evicted for nonpayment of rent or other lease violations, or who have never actually lived on the property, or by competitors. Be cautious in assuming the truthfullness of postings by anonymous persons who refuse to disclose their identity. We recommend that visiting with current residents onsite is a more reliabele method of obtaining third-party opinions about our apartment community and its management.
