Overall I have really enjoyed living here for the 4 months I've been here. This place is in a great area. Especially if you like to run. I haven't had any problems with the management, and I don't think I have ever heard a party going on. Where I am in the complex I never have a problem getting covered parking. I think this is the only place around here that doesn't have assigned parking, and has plenty of covered parking. My only complaint is the watering situation around here. There is no reason to wash your car because it wont stay clean driving in or out of here. There is constantly large puddles on the ground around here. The comment management left about having planted rye grass may be one reason, but it has been like that since I moved in so I don't think thats a good excuse. Thats what I got hope it helps people make a decision. Oh and I've had a problem with ants that wont seem to go away.
