i have been here a few years now and i think the current management and maintanence crew are the best ones ive seen here. the maintananace fixed my a/c the first time.(something the other guys were never able to do) i do agree about the water issue although it does seem to be getting better.

A a guest for the past year going there to visist friends, i see st andrews going down into the sewer? I do not understand why the management has been allowed to have this complex slide into a gheto with the type of renters their allowing to come in? As the old saying gores garbage in garbage out, I will no longer bring my daughter there for the ghetto people that live there now, I feel that my child does not need to hear that languge and see the multiple drunks that frequent the poolside in the summer. I must say St Andrews has reaches it's lowest point in a while. TAB
