I was living in apartments for more than 5 years. I was never late with my payments. Then we moved to our house and after 6 months I receive collection note that I owe them 107 dollars! The St. Andrew s Apartment management had my phone number and new address but never contacted me about this mysterious debt! I left St. Andrew's apartment in a great shape - clean and shiny. I do not understand why I deserve such a treatment which now ruins my credit!
BE AWARE OF THEIR MANAGMENT STRATEGY!

The St. Andrews at River Park Apartments are a member of the Texas Apartment Association. It has been our experience that often negative comments posted on this website are by residents who have been evicted for nonpayment of rent or other lease violations, or who have never actually lived on the property, or by competitors. Be cautious in assuming the truthfullness of postings by anonymous persons who refuse to disclose their identity. We recommend that visiting with current residents onsite is a more reliabele method of obtaining third-party opinions about our apartment community and its management.
