We have lived in the same apartment at St Andrews for 13 years. Our Apartment looks out over the pool. The management upgraded our apartment 4 years ago. Very little maintenance has Been required during the 13 years and the repairs has been handled promptly and courteously. Bobby and Jason the maintenance people do an excellent job. We visit the Fitness Center 4 or 5 times a week. Legacy Park is just behind the apartments which is great for walking in the Spring and Fall. There is a shopping center across Green Oaks Blvd, Elzie Odom Recreation Center is located half block east Of us. Every summer I play water volleyball 6 on 6. 50 or 60 people at the pool on the weekend. Roxanna, been here 2 months, is our Community Manager and Becky is our new Assistant Community Manager. Roxanna has cleaned up the property giving it a new look and upgraded the Fitness Center also has landscaped and added to the pool area. We are very fortunate to have then here. I'm 81 and my wife ie 72. We have no complaints and plan to stay for a very long time. Harold and Esta.
