My family and I have lived in StoneRidge for a very long time. Over the years we have seen a dramatic decline in the community.

Years ago it was a quiet family oriented place. The property was clean and well maintained the maintenance team was great, management was professional and responsible and approachable. Now just the opposite.


Management is now RUDE and unprofessional I know the job is hard but you can't treat every body like a second class citizen. Assistant management is okay. There will be a different management team next month so be careful. Just pay your rent ad water and fix stuff all on your own.

The space is wonderful and the price is right but for peace of mind and safety especially if you have young girls find somewhere else to call home.

Break in's, lots of gang activity. People stand out and drink all hours of the night on the property and break bottles and leave beer bottles everywhere.

ABSOLUTELY NO SECURITY you are responsible for your own security. GUN FIRE MAY ring out at any given moment whether from outside or across the street. The ripe aroma of TRASH. Lighting is bad, for coming home late lighting is very poor and it is very dangerous.
ROACHES that are as big as a thumb and kids that run wild and tear up their property and yours too.

You can make it home by keeping to yourself but be very careful and watchful and take extra steps to protect your home.
StoneRidge its not going to get any better only worse.Unless your just desperate.

We moved out couldn't take it anymore.
