I lived at Summit Ridge for 10 years. They have their ups and downs. I survived more mgmt companies and community directors than I can count. I had a leaky window since I moved in. They tore out the wall and even re-shingled the roof. It helped, but it still leaked.
Commuity theft seems to be a problem. The office and several apts and cars were broken into often.

Great location.(Except for the dust from I-30)

8/04:Now the part that really really has me upset:
They are refusing to refund my $300 pet deposit because I cannot provide a copy of the check even though I HAVE THE SIGNED PET AGREEMENT and a letter from the bank. They want a copy of a check from 10 years ago. Even the bank doesn't keep them that long.

09/04 Update: They are now refusing my certified mail which contains all the documents needed to justify my claim to the pet deposit.
