Has been great but is going downhill

I have lived at these apartments for six years. It's been a great experience for the most part. The past manager Lisa was great and Sue has been nothing but great. The only one I had an issue with was a girl named Crystal that worked in the office she tried to come in my apartment with no notice and when I asked what she was coming in for they would not give me an answer for what they were coming in for. I'm very particular to this. I don't like people in my space where I live without being notified and me being there. After all this is my theory on why and how people for the most part get robbed. If you don't let strangers in while you are gone or home either, they don't know what you have to steal. As far as cars being up on blocks in the six years I've only seen one car up on blocks and a girls rims were stolen. However arlington police department has a webpage you can check from time to time to see what is going on at your apartment crime wise. http://www.arlingtonpd.org/CrimeStats/CrimeSearch.asp
I suggest anyone go here if you are living in ANY apartment. It has concerned me the type of people that they are letting move in. There are some apartments off of a street named Washington (down Collins by Whataburger) that is known for being ghetto, they have even run the people out of their houses in the neighborhood behind do to all the stealing, drug dealing, etc. I'm concerned these people are migrating over. I've only had one really bad neighbor (he ran over another neighbors dog while she was walking it on a leash) but thank god he has moved out! It has gone down hill somewhat but for the most part it's been pretty great. When I lived in the back I had no charges for anything upon move out. I know when I move out I'll get nickel and dimed for stuff but that's my fault so I have nothing to blame them for. One more thing I'll say, during the six years I have lived here the majority of residents I got to know and see were there for just as long, and that says something about an apartment if the people are willing to stay. AND THANK YOU SUMMIT RIDGE FOR FINALLY REPLACING THE AIR CONDITIONERS!!!! ONE BAD THING MY ELECTRICITY BILL RUNS BETWEEN $175 TO $250 FOR A SMALL APARTMENT, consider this.....
