I lived in Summit Ridge for two years and am moving out after buying a home. The first year and a half were great, but I too think the population has gone down hill. I dont know if they have lowered the rates, or if the surrounding area has crept in. When I moved in, there were lots of folks that had been there for years, and lots of units had patios that were decorated and obviously cared for. As far as the area, these apartments are sort of a diamond in the rough. The area has some sketchy parts, but overall I felt safe in the gated community. I am a single woman in my early twenty's and lived alone. Also, BEWARE: the office does NOT put up with late rent. They will charge market-rate at day one and not hesitate to serve you with an eviction notice. -I was not kicked out-This is not a revenge review. As for Sue, she is great. Her only fault is she does not put up with any BS. Image if you had to babysit an entire complex!
