over all good but going down hill fast

I have lived her for 2 and one half years and over all I have enjoyed it. I have heard about several breakins and the management never puts any notices on the doors. I moved up stairs after one such break in. They only have ONE pool and it is not convenient to the back side of the complex, I have see a few cars up on blocks or being repaired.
They are in the process of remodeling all of the apts and they are going to be super nice when they get finished, but the traffic headaches over this way when construction starts on that stadium is not going to make the nice worth the hassle.
I am still a resident but plan on moving as soon as my lease is up.
