Summit Ridge Apartments

Going way down hill From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/18/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I have lived in these apartments for about a year, and when I first moved in, it was great. However, for the past six months things have been bad. They have let the trashiest people move in. The water in the pool is very cloudy-so cloudy that you can't see your toes in the shallow end. If you have a maintainence request, you have to ask several times, and even if they do come up to do something, they don't always fix it. They say something to the effect "checked.... everything okay". The gates are continuously broke, and stuck open. They keep turning the water off and adding other monthly fees.
