I've just recently signed my fourth lease with Summit Ridge. And in their defense I can honestly say it is not a bad place to live. From time to time things go on that make you raise an eyebrow and wonder what in the world is going on but usually in a months time things are back to normal. Management is well trained and polite, a little aloof at times but in general, good people - everybody has bad days (some more than others). The maintenance crew does make you shake your head in disbelief some times but on the whole are okay guys. I will say that the current decision to offset as many property costs as possible by charging it back to the tennants is the single largest contributing factor to my decision to not renew when this lease is up.
