I've lived many many apartments over the years and this was probably my best experience. It wasnt perfect, but for the price, and the fact that i never really had any problems with management, or maintenance, or neighbors. Its not perfect, but hey this aint uptown...and its cheap.
The only thing, which never really bothered me cuz i could sleep through a hurricane; was the car dealership next door makes quite a bit of noise early in the morning, if youre facing it like my apartment was.
Overall the neighbors as i saw were mostly familys, or responsible adults. I never really talked to the other residents, but would acknowledge each other coming and going. And the staff while i was there was very friendly.
