Warning!!!! Do not move here.... I have been living here for about 6 months and have basically been trying to move out since I moved in. For one the water is always off for hours at a time in the mornings for stupid upgrades and you cant shower before you to go to work, but they continue to raise the water prices. There are about 8-10 cats in the back of the apartment complex that management refuses to report, the new manager says it is the responsibility of the tenant to have stray animals removed but they do not belong to anyone and thats not my job. The only reason I am still here is because it will cost me about 1400.00 to move. I cant wait til my lease to be up. You basically get what you pay for they are cheap but definitely not worth it...

you must not really live in walnut ridge because we dont pay for water.
