From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/6/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   Beware ...managemnt are backstabbers...DO NOT DARE THINK U WILL BE GETTING ANY PORTION OF YA DEPOSIT BACK WHEN U LEAVE THIS PROPERTY..ALTHOUGH U TURN IN THE APPROPIATE NOTICE AND LEAVE THE APARTMENT AS CLEAN AS IT WAS WHEN U LEASED IT...MANAGEMNT FINDS A WAY TO MAKE SURE U WALK A WAY WITH NOTHING...I WAS CHARGED OUTRAGEOUS FEES FOR ITEMS LIKE ..LIGHT BULBS, DRIP PANS.. ETC..MAKE SURE THAT U TAKE BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURES..I WLD NEVER RECCOMEND THIS PROPERTY TO ANYONE..
