I just recently moved out of this complex. It was a cool place to stay. The area of the complex I stayed within was quiet and clean. No problems with the neighbors, too many cats though, assigned covered and general parking was ok yet more outside light would have been better for night. Never had problems with management, I guess b/c I paid my rent on time. Maintenance was prompt when needed. Fitness center was nice and management was too! Some issues I had with the property....Water was always being turned off which was a major inconvenience, the water bill was a little high for a 1 bdrm..avg. $27 a month..not to mention the gas bill..if I wanted to pay gas I would buy a home. Left the apt spotless but did not receive my deposit back b/c of final water bill that was almost $100. Overall decent place to call home.
