i like this apt so far its very nice parking is great..atleast i never have a problem...the inside is good for what you pay and management is great...VeSean is actually the only one i have met and she is really nice. i have nothing bad to say about this place neighbors are quiet... i would almost think i was living in a house...also its nice to see i work nights and come home and the parking lot is empty atleast it seems like everyone here has a job..as far as too many cats..who gives a damn what the hell are cats running around the parking lot going to do...i cant see how that even effects you...crackheads running around the parking lot ok that would be a concern but cats'''' get real people

I thought the same thing about the apartment until my last 3 months living there. For the most part you are right, parking is pretty good and the living space is good for what you pay. The management seems great to you though probably because you have had no problems with your apartment. Your lucky, the poor people that move into a crappy apartment there (trust me on this) dont get anything accomplished from the management. Management is very nice... to your face. When it comes down to it, they do not care about you. Wait till you move out, then you will see what I mean. They are crooks. I am a clean grown man, and I left my apartment spotless. I was lied to by the management about extra expensis and now am being charged $652 for carpet cleaning. Please dont let them do this to you. And wait a little longer, you will see some crackheads. I had a few knock on my door for money, no lie.
