It is alright...i lived here for three years, and I choose not to move because i dislike moving more than i dislike living here...the staff is nice...i am glad that that old biddy Sue is no longer the property manager because she was unfair and mean. The residents at Summit Ridge put up with having the water turned off constantly (I never lived anywhere where the water was turned off so much). I think the management should do something nice for the residents that put up with it, but they just post a stupid note notifying the residents of "water shut-off" dates. Keep in mind dates is plural yes it is more than once a month. My lease is up soon, and I will find out if I am getting any of my deposit back...my guess is no!
