Summit Ridge Apartments

nice place to live.. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/6/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I've lived here for about 3 years now. I've been quite happy with living here. First in a 2 bedroom and now in a 1 bedroom. And actually now trying to move into a 2 bedroom again with another roommate. The prices are relatively cheap and they have renovated all the apartments. Vasean who works in the office has been REALLY helpful with me and is always honest with me. Never had a problem with noisy neighbors and their staff is very polite AND they come to help me whenever I call them..even once when it was after 5pm just to check on my fan not working. Complaints are that they need more outside light for the nighttime. I'm trying to move into a 2 bdrm and because it's before my lease was letting up they were going to charge me $300 bucks to transfer. All in all though I've enjoyed living here for the area that it's in. Tucked away off the service road with no other apartments too close. Plus...you can watch the fireworks from the apartments!
