THIS IS A CURRENT REVIEW. I SAY RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN! I HAVE NEVER HATED A PLACE LIKE I HATE THESE APARTMENTS! First, upstairs neighbors stomp around ALL day long and then they play loud music when people with careers actually have to wake up and go to work in the morning. Also, my upstairs neighbors smoke and with the poor ventilation I get the smell down in my bedroom. Second, I complained of termites in my bathroom and was told they would come look. Then they told me that they didn't see them them when they came, as if I was going to leave them lying around on the bathroom floor for a week. So, then they did confirm termites in the building (apparently there were other apartments), but the problem still exists 6 months later. I'm still cleaning up dead bugs. We also have a hug spider problem. They claim to spray, we have used bombers, but nothing help. There is nothing worse than having to check your bed every night before you climb in. After a long, exhausting day at work the last thing you want to do is kill the little spider in your bed. Now, its ants. They want to say that "oh, it normal, its Texas," blah, blah, blah, but I've lived in Texas 25 of my 28 years and I have NEVER had problems like this. Most of those years were spent living in the country and I can still say I have NEVER have pest problems like these. I am up late tonight looking online at other apartments because tonight was the last straw as I sat on my bed and saw a HUGE red fire ant, that coupled with the many other odd bugs that seem to come into our apartment one way or another its just all that I can take. NO WAY. This is insane. I'm not messy and so I don't expect to live like this. Third, the CATS, CATS, and more CATS. I tell you if I wash my car one more time to come out to find little paw prints from the rear to the front I am going to scream. The apartment is nicely laid out, good space for roommates, but that's just not enough for me. I'd rather pay more, even live in a smaller place, than deal with the pests.

Wow, I am sorry that you are going through that,I am a current resident I do agree w/ the loud music and pest. I live on the ground floor and I keep my apartment clean as well,I have a pest problem too and I have called but get the run-around. I am looking for anouther apartment .
