This is the ABSOLUTE WORST place a person can live. Staff are idiots at best. And very unprofessional. We recently bought a house, but let me tell you about the place. There are some good people living there, but the staff make it miserable. We stayed for 3 years, because we were looking for the perfect house for 2 years and didn't want to move until we found it. Once, they lost our rent check and were trying to evict us, until 4 other people were in the same situation. Had they not lost other people's rent check as well, they would have never beleived us and we would have had to pay a huge late fee. On top of having our ceiling being flooded from above and ruining some furnature 3 times before they fixed it correctly, we also had our refrigerator go out 4 times in two weeks, losing groceries each time until they finally replaced it, with no compensation for us losing 4 batches of groceries. Anyway, this is how stupid they are...we were never late on rent..ever, usually paid early. well, when we bough our house, our closing costs were about $2500 more than expected, so we told them we'd have to pay our reletting fee and last months rent 2 weeks late. They said "we're just going to send it right to collections and your credit will be hurt" HA, instead of trusting good residents, they actually sent it to collections immediately, which means they sold a $2,000 account to a collection agency for about $1200, which i in turn settled for about $1300...saving myself money and keeping it from ever hitting the credit bureau...I guess it worked out better for us, but that just goes to show what kind of idiots are working there...

I have to say, I totally agree with the way the treat their residents, they don't help you out in any way, shape or form. It doesn't matter if you were their best resident, they don't care. Instead of sending the final bill to the address I left for them, they sent me directly to collections! They are ridiculous!
