Just... no.

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
I lived there about a year and let me tell you, the staff were not worth the trouble at all. The manager was okay, but her understaff totally sucked and were constantly 'forgetting' important things like a note you left about something needing repairs, etc. The access to the place was horrible, and then you had to deal with the gate(s) always being down when you finally did make it home. The neighbors were standoffish at best, and we had one neighbor that was constantly a pain, complaining about us stomping up the stairs (hello, there are at least six apartments per set of stairs, but it's always us stomping' and not late at night either, in the middle of the day), honking our horn (again, middle of the day, briefly, but no one complained about car alarms going off at 3am every night), and then he said we were just rude to him (yes, actually complained to the staff of the apartments that we were rude when we never once even talked to the man). Also, we had our cars broken into/vandalized on multiple occasions.
Granted, this was a few years ago, but most of the complaints still seem to be valid, like the gates, neighborhood, and staff.
