I was told at my "look and lease" that the complex paid for the water and trash. However, once I moved in I was advised by a bill that I owed $23 and some odd cents for water and trash after living here ALONE for less than two weeks. Given I have no washer or dryer and had not run the dishwasher, I took this as a mistake. A few days later I received a notice on my door that I now owed $230 (10 times the utility bill). Again this is AFTER I was lied in the sales pitch by overzealous leasing agents at the look and lease.

Don't anticipate being able to secure your cable service in this complex either. Neighbors will simply open the cable box, take your connect and connect to their apartment instead. Cable company and apartment management simply say "it happens" and will not address.

Upstairs vacant apartment door was kicked in last week.

Jet Fuel exhaust builds into the apartments from the heating and air units making for an unpleasant breathing atmosphere.

I guess you get what you pay for these days.........

This is very true to me they are scams especially there is a lady in the office called Ryanne she is nothing but a big time lair
