This is as bad as it gets!

The entire complex is SERIOUSLY infested with roaches. (I've never seen anything like it.) The noise level is completely outrageous. Tenents play their music as loud as possible all day and all night. The apartment manager jokingly calls these people "the partiers" and does nothing about it. Building upkeep does not exsist and if you'd like some lighting on the walkways for safety, go buy a pack of light bulbs and get busy. RUN! Run as fast and far as you can!
