I've lived here for almost a year now and so far the manager, Donna, has been very sweet and very helpful. The maintinance staff is good also. I've lived in two different apartments on the property and both have been good. I've never experienced any crime or heard of anyone who had. There is lots of parking available and the property for the most part is very quite. There are a few dogs on the property but thats not a problem. Although something could be done about all the stray cats. they're infested with fleas, so when you take ur dog out for a walk or to use the bathroom, the they get covered in fleas. The area around the dumpsters will sometimes get very messy, but thats more of the trashiness and indeceny of people rather than the management. for some reason they can never seem to actually make it to the dumpster, but only a foot or two away, then they just drop their trash. ALl in all, I would recommend this place to a friend or anyone who would like a nice, quite community to live in.
