The Cliffs are pretty decent. I have lived there for almost a year now. It seems pretty safe, and the scenery is good. Parking sucks though. Rent is slightly pricey, but it is always nice and quiet, which is what I like best. The walls aren't paper-thin like in some old apartments I've lived in where you could hear people doing "things". I haven't had much interaction with the front office or maintenance crew, so i couldn't say what that is like. The work-out facilities are GREAT though. Best I've seen in any apartment so far.
