I am delighted to write and tell you of the wonderful work by the staff and managers of the Cliffs Apartments in Arlington, Texas.

We certainly appreciate and rely upon our proprty manager, Gayle Kennedy and her assistant manager Brenda Quiroc. I have received personal attention from both of them. I will forever be grateful to them for their card. It has gelped me cope with the stress of getting back and forth to Houston MD Anderson for the past three months for may father's surgery and treatment. Gayle Kennedy has kindly come to my rescue before and helped me get my spar key to my car when she drove to the store where I was stranded and picked me up. Brenda is so thoughtful that she will listen durning the busiest part of her day to your problem. It actually seems as if you are among your family when you need to discuss things with the manager.

Each of Gayle's staff including Stephaine Brown and Dawn Freeman are so professional, efficient and hardworking. They has all continued to improve our individual apartments with amenities and done this with unusual consideration for resdients' personal safety and convenience. The office is alway staffed and everyone so responsive and willing to assit. they keep you updated and informed. They've done everthing from adding move paved sidewalks for better access to a stylish expansion of both the clubhouse and gym. All of it is a tremendous accomplishment and an enormous amount of work. The staff and managers have also personally prepared brunches and parties to get residents acquainted with each other. The maintenance staff are remarkable. Royce Miller, Larry Perkins and Mark Spalding are competent, reliable and very friendly. I believe these wonderful people could not do the outstand job they do all the time, without the support of the executive and upper management.

I only ho0e to remain here at the Cliffs as long as I continue to rent. I continue introduce my acquaintances and colleagues to the tremendous value at the the Cliffs and ask them to consider this property when they look to relocate.

I thank heaven for the Cliffs, for each person who works there, for their graccious understanding and for putting me in their capable hands
