I have lived here for a year and I have not had any problems. In fact, they called me about 2 weeks after my initial visit and gave me a STEAL on rent... just hardball 'em. My parking is right at my apt. door and i have no complaints....
I think overall, it's a pretty good place. Considering the ------- next door at Ascension Point with 80's hair looked down on me when I checked them out.
