The apartments are nice, but price for the square footage. Seems to be a lack of extra parking. There is assigned cover spot, and if you want a second spot, then you either have to pay for a garage or try and get one of the uncovered spaces before everyone else gets home.

Never had a problem with the maintenence staff. The ice maker flooded our kitchen and they came out within 45 minutes to do a temporary fix and dried the floors, the next day they replaced it.

I haven't had a lot of interaction with the office staff, but they seem nice.
