I lived at The Cliffs for a year and it is a great place to live. The gorunds are very well kept, the office staff is professional, the service team is awesome, the apartments are nice and clean, etc. For those of you who complain about dog poop on the grounds...complain to the people you see walking their dogs who do not pick up after them which they agreed to do when they signed the pet addendum. For those of you who complain about bugs...you live in Texas and there are lots of bugs in Texas.Pest Control comes to the property once a week. What more do you expect' It is not as though the whole property is infested! Use your common sense. Some people deny pest control in their apt the whole time they live there so they gets bugs without making the office aware of it. When they move out the new resident suffers because now pest control has a bigger problem. As for the strippers, drug dealers, (which I think if you know of a drug dealer you should be notifying the police...hello!) who live there....ever hear of Fair Housing' Each person is qualified the same regardless of your occupation. As for the paper thin walls...don't think so. The only noise problem I ever had was a few times that my upstairs neighbor played his music too loud. It is just really annoying to see people post negatives remarks towards such a great property when they do all they can do! Some people just like to ----- about something I guess. If you really think it's so bad.....look across the street or any other property in that area. I think you would be thankful you live at The Cliffs!
