I have lived in several apartment complexes and I must honestly say...the staff at the Cliffs are the first that I have come across that made me feel violated! They were great when I moved in, but it was all downhill from there. They cost me HUNDREDS of dollars over a rent check I dropped off in their nightdrop that they claimed they never received and then had the audacity to post an eviction notice to the inside of my door without even giving me a written or verbal late notice! They are absolutely rude, condacending, and could care less about their residents! All they concern themselves with is their money! If you're smart you'll look past the ammentities and see this place for what it is!

Did you have a canceled check or money order reciept? I have never had a problem since I have lived here. The staff is great...but I have never been late on my rent.

I agree. They also lost my rent check that was placed in the night drop then had the nerve to accuse me of lying. The office management at this complex is horrible.
