You hear your neighbors EVERY move!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
I just finished my 9 month lease at The Cliffs. My apartment was on the first floor, and I could hear every step that was made in the apartment above me. From the hair dryer, to their TV, to well....lets just say EVERYTHING. These apartments are way to expensive to be so cheap.
