I have read all the bad ratings for The Cliffs. Look guys you screwed up! If you don't pay your rent, you are evicted. If you pay late you are charged late charges. If you don't finsh your lease, you are charged. You signed a contract. Do you think your special. Don't think so! I have lived at The Cliffs for eight years and these people are great. I was just giving my personal experience and did say that you should get a receipt and watch your account. I don't think that I am special or above the law...it was all about the attitude we received from the staff during our mishap. I am glad that you are happy in your apartment life, I just wanted to make sure others didn't make the same mistake that we did and assume that your rent check is completely safe in the drop box.
