I am not currently a resident but I am moving in next month. I decided to get on here and read the reviews and I find the bad ones funny. Everything people are compaining about happens in every apartment complex. Yes, you have to have money in your account when you write your rent check, do you think they are going to hold it for you' I would rather them deposit my check the day of so there is no risk in misplacing it. Yes, if you do not pay rent you get evicted. Some complexes will start the eviction process after about a week of being late. Yes, you are going to hear your neighbors, you share a wall, ceiling, floor, what do you expect. I have friends who live there now who have no problems. Maintenace seems great and they like the office staff. I am actually moving in because of the things I have heard about The Cliffs and I have two more friends who are looking into it. In my experience most of the time the people who are not getting along with the office staff have more reasons then they are stating. Remember there are two sides to every story.

Hope you don't get an overweight couple living above you. I've lived in many diff. apt. complexes, and have never heard my neighbors the way I do here. It's a case of shoddy construction. You really shouldn't open your mouth until you've experienced it for yourself. My advice, get the third floor- so people can complain about you.

I AGREE...YOU WOULDNT KNOW B/C YOU DONT LIVE HERE AND YOU HAVENT EXPERIENCED THE RUDE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE. OF COURSE THEY WERE NICE TO YOU B/C THEY WANT YOUR MONEY. AND IF THE SAME COMPLAINT HAS BEEN MADE BY SEVERAL DIFFERENT PEOPLE, THEN SOMETHING IS WRONG

Just wait until you invite a friend over and they have NO PLACE TO PARK! Furthermore, your friends can laugh at you because you live in a cheap apartment that sounds like the upstairs is going to collapse! I could hear the upstairs dog walking around for god's sake!!!
