It was a huge pain to deal with staff after we signed the lease. We had a few minor problems that they were very slow to address and mostly ignored. Moveing out and getting the security deposit was even worse--they ignored the fact that we filled out a "damage list" while moving in and held us accountable for the damages...minor to carpet and we were way OVER charged...they took our security deposit and sent us to a credit agency all before we knew what was goign on. They are willing to take advantage of anyone, just to make a tlittle money!! YOU WILL REGRET LIVING HERE!!!!!!!!!!

Same situation here, they kept my security deposit and charged me an additonal $900 to replace the carpet. They waited only 15 DAYS!!! before they turned it over to the credit agency!!!!!
