I have lived in approx 5 apt complexes; this is by far THE WORST one of them all. The management staff are rude (after you move-in of course), and are NOT helpful at all. They claim their parent company "Dominion" limits their decision/policy making.
It cost me over $3k to get out of my 6-month rental agreement(closed early on a house), which did not include a $900 carpet replacement fee!!! EXTORTION at its worse! This scam is apparently a common occurrence (read other reviews); they give you 15 days to "pay-up" then turn it over to the Credit Agency to collect the frivolous fees.
The continuous turnover causes moving trucks to block your parking space. They frequently leave short(no)-notice door messages which causes inconvenience to the tenants. No need to further comment on their bug infestation. Their maintenance guys are the only positive thing about the place. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

It seems that most of the unhappy people on this web site are people that didnt follow the rules. If you break your lease, there are costs involved and they are clearly written out on the lease aggreement that you signed. Go cry somewhere else. I have lived here for 2 years and i have expierianced no problems. The staff is great and the property is well maintained!

If you leased a car and decided that you wanted a new one, do you think the leasing company would just let you out of your lease? Of course they wouldn't! It never ceases to amaze me that people think they don't have to fulfil their legal obligation to an apartment community. Every company in the country has policies and procedures and I am guessing that the idiot above works for a company who also has rules that employees are expected to follow.
