They are very nice when you go to rent and then they turn once you have signed the lease. They will raise your rent if you resign and will not work with you. The staff is very rude and they have major bug issues....roaches and ants. Lots of college kids that are loud and very dirty. One time a kid by me left his food on the stove and almost burned the place down.
Again please listen don't do it!!!
