The office staff is extremely rude. You will get trash fines left and right. Maintence takes a few times of asking to get your apartment looked at. I would not recommend this apartment. With how much you have to pay each month, its not worth the trouble.

I've lived here for 10 months and have never gotten a trash fine. But, oddly enough, I've also followed the curbside trash pickup rules! (You have to drop it off between 6:30 and 7:30 a.m. MWF) I will happily abide by these rules in order not to have to haul trash to the dumpster every few days.

Between 6:30 and 7:30am ?? good thing the trash truck doesn't make the same demands on the dumpsters.. Or the City of arlington on its customers.
