I've actually had a great experience living here. I'm surprised to read all these bad reviews. The grounds are well kept, maintenance staff super friendly and prompt, and the office staff have been very lenient on a couple issues that came up ..the really try to work with you on things. I'm going on my second year now and definitely recommend the Cliffs to anyone.
