This place is ridiculous! I have lived here for a year and it is a nightmare. I move out in 2 weeks and couldn't be happier. First of all, my husband's car was stolen after living there only a month and a half. Then, a new neighbor moved in above me 3 months ago and she probably weighs 90 lbs soaking wet, yet she walks like she weighs much more. I waited a few weeks before calling the office (to give her time to move in) and the management told me to write her a note. What the heck' The management is supposed to be the middle man not me. Way to create hostility between tenants!!! Next, the girl gets a dog and it gets worse. I called the police several times because I was constantly being woke up between midnight and 6am. Now her boyfriend has moved in with her so now there are 3 disturbances ALL DAY, not just during the hours I am awake. In fact, I hear them while typing this. The office also refuses to return my calls or do anything, I guess they just want to lose tenants. The trash is also another issue. They only have 1 dumpster-located on one end of the complex and it overflows into the street everyday- this causes raccoons and the nastiest smell ever. Apparently this complex will do ANYTHING to get tenants and then tell them to resolve any issues on their own. Get out while you can, management is rude, inconsiderate, and snotty!!! There are definitely WAY better apartments for the price. Plus, if you have to pay rent online, like I did because my checking account was wiped out by a thief then prepare yourself to pay an additional $20 and to have an eviction notice on your door irregardless to the fact that you have NEVER been late or missed a payment because the record keeping is crap.
