I just checked www.bbb.com, and this is what they have stated for The Cliffs, as of 04.01.08....
Based on BBB files, this company has an unsatisfactory record with the Bureau due to unanswered complaint(s).

I looked on there too and it's unsatisfactory because 1 out of 2 complaints was not RESPONDED to. That was when Gayle Kennedy was there, and if you were a long time resident like me (6 1/2 years), you would know that Gayle was not been the manager for atleast 4 years or so... I think the whole story ws not told with this statement on here....I enjoy living at The Cliffs. The office personel is great and the maintenance men are friendly and quick. It's no wonder why they have all those awards sitting in the apartment office....THEY ROCK!

WHATEVER! These complaints are contract disputes! I am surprised there aren't hundreds. They kept my deposit and charged me for general ear and tear that they called "stains on carpet" "dirty fans" And my father, mother and I cleaned the place quite well. I wasn't going to fight them over my deposit though...screw them!
