I lived there for two years. I hope you can make up your mind on where to go after your lease is up because the month to month rent is rediculously HIGH! Thats why I had to sign a second lease in this dump. It was so miserable there. The floors must be made of chicken wire and paper mache!!! The 3 different renters that i had upstairs sounded like they were going to fall through the floor. I asked around and everyone said the floors are thin. I had one upstairs neighbor that woke up for work at 4 a.m. and he woke me up every morning...horribly loud. I politely asked another up neighbor to be a soft walker and it was still sooo loud, and embarrassing in front of my friends . When I moved out -------------- racked up a laundry list of erronious charges on me. They MUST let her pocket the money!!! Forget about parking for your friends, there are all but a few extra spaces. They are crooked! This place looks very nice and is the right price but heed the advice...it is a SCAM!!! I thought it'd get better after U.D. sold out to the new owner but it got worse if anything. DON'T DO IT

Ok....For starters, ----- --------- is great! i had an issue with my carpet charge and she very politely showed me pictures of were we, my dog, had indeed made a spot on the carpet. She was very understanding and worked with me on clearing up any miscommunication. Aslo, i have lived here for a little over 3 years and the property has not sold! My understanding from the letter I received about the sell, was merely they are now a publicly traded company....I think i understood correctly, i do have my Master's in Public Relations.
I think it is a grwat place for the money you pay. But i would suggest visiting there before you draw any conclusions based on these alligations.....Just my suggestion. tootles!

I don't think you have to have a degree to make you more qualified to give a rating! I know that they switched management companies to UDRT, which didn't make things better. These apartments do have very thin floors and walls... parking stinks... You must get there before 6:30 to get a somewhat close spot to your apartment. You don't get what you pay for here... that's for sure. And something makes me think that YOUR name is MH ----- --------- the way your sticking up for her!

I must agree that it is not worth it- I have had 2 experiences in moving out of two different apartments at the Cliffs- first one was great, the second one has been horrible and based on that I will never recommend anyone to live there again. Before I was recommending people left and right. They are going to lose a lot of business because of they way they treated me
